Have you tried trading gaps using the oft' touted "gaps get filled"? Check this write up from two years of data for EURUSD Sunday gaps and find out if "gaps get filled" or not.

An excerpt:
Over the last several weeks we have seen frequent gaps en excess of 30 pips on the open of the EUR/USD Sunday candle (Monday in Asia-Pacific trading).

Although traders are well aware that price tends to try to close a gap, many have also found the gap trade to be illusive and an overall negative to their P/L.

His conclusion is:
Result: Your take profit will get hit XX% of the times.

3. Use Fractals on your chart to visually see and measure swings.

4. Put Tokyo Channel on your Charts - - - 40+ pip spread hi/lo minimum before trading. *** Very Important.

5. Swings should average 20 to 40 pips or more.

6. Enter on second candle using top/bottom of first candle for entry level. Use Buy stop or Sell Stop orders.

7. Exit on big numbers of 00 or 10 or 20 or 35 or 50 or 65 or 80 or 90.
These numbers are your target levels.

8. Lost Trade - Re-enter on the next swing doubling your lot size.
If second trade loses go back to normal lot size.

Swings average 20 to 40 pips on 15 minute time frame. On other time frames the swing size will be different.

**Highest ODDS for profit is trading the EURO Open, London Open and N.Y. Open on the GBP/USD 15 minute chart. Generally it may vary 15 minutes either side of those times. Happens about 3-4 days a week. Longer swings. **

Always trade on a Demo Account when learning new information. Don't risk your trading funds without completely understanding this or others information... Demo trade only.

What the he did I just see??
I can't stop reading this and Tms threads for two days now, haha, and I'm overwhelmed with value these two threads offer..
If you remember, I talked about huge leverage and lot size.. Biggest issues are Dds in the early stages, I can't afford having losing streak right from the get-go..
This method looks like tradable with -10 pip SLs

You already know the generic answer to that problem... right? Always using stops and good money management. If you choose not to use them I promise to send you a postcard while I'm on your vacation that you lost to me and others.

Most traders hear this over and over but few practice it and that's why you end up as bait instead of the shark. Pros love and appreciate newer traders (1-3 years generally) because they are the bait. Why? Because they are undisciplined and won't follow the rules. Simple but true... hello... keep reading...

Under the RULES of Craigs program. If you lose a trade... double your lot size on the next swing. The ODDS are more in your favor that you will make up that loss and probably put a few extra pip's in your pocket.

The few times you might lose that second trade are minimal. But if you do lose it... on your 3rd trade go back to normal lot size on following trades. This SECRET again dropped into your lap freely. This is one of the reasons why Craig has so few losing days... few and far between.

Craig is Disciplined and ALWAYS follows the rules and odds without exception. Double up, check your Stochastics and/or TDI. If it's good... take the trade.

Why do you suppose in Las Vegas and Atlantic city the Casinos ALWAYS play the odds. Because they win. Learn by their example.
