problem is I seem to only have used fxcm-uk in this list... not tried others yet. maybe others can add on.

experience is best score...
it took them >10min to find my request submit and confirmed 44hr ago... O_O

I become not so patient to follow-up >=3 times on a withdrawal request.

you know what fxsol does? I just submit by 11am EST and it is always removed from acc in 24hrs... no 2nd follow up O_O

so I cancelled this withdrawal and will do it later... fxcm is safe, okey, but they seem to be under-staffed in funding... well then how do you explain deposit enter acc within 4hr?

after some thinking I decide to resume the withdrawal request with fxcm-uk.

they put it back in the queue...
it may still take ~3 days to be processed >_<! anyway. (have to follow-up...if it doesn't process it in 3 day I will miss cc bill date again, faint)

I made 1 more deposit to fxcm-uk btw... it was in end of day...

at same time, I also made a withdrawal request with fxsol-aus 10am EST today, it was removed from acc end of day...

btw: I might start a live acc with delta by end of month coz I won in july demo contest and got a bonus credit...
I don't have a euro cc so might just try bank wire a 10k euro acc to trade from.

while fxcm-uk was very slow and missing things here and there.
I finally made about 1.5k usd profit by trading US oil in the live acc testing of fxcm-uk... anyway.
I will soon withdraw deposit, close the acc and leave profits to fxcm-micro to play with.

I won in delta's july demo contest and was granted up to 5k euro bonus.
I will finish acc opening documentations by regular mail to europe by end of this month.
and start a live acc trading next month and also to test them...

I will be trading crude oil and US stock mainly I guess... that is yet another ff preffered broker offering cfd trades.

I don't have much interest in making money but more concerned with the platform experience and how safe the money is handled...
actually trading oil with ava is much more fun than with fxcm-uk >_<.
fxcm probably need to think about why they have everything in place but people just don't like it.
I wait 2 days and not processed, and only 2 days away from my cc bill date.

I spoke to livechat and complaint that same withdraw request on last Friday EST w/ fxsol was processed end of day Friday; and same time request w/ fxcm-uk went un-processed in 2 days...

and also complain that my previous withdraw in this month
was processed 7 days after request and missed my cc bill date by 1 day.

after the complain the withdraw is processed in 1 hr....

today is my cc bill date and fxcm-uk issue it back 18th

refund not show up in my bills yet... they seems to fail my cc bill date again... possibly miss by 1 day.

in past 30 days, it was the 2nd 2500 usd refund that they missed my cc bill date by 1 day.
in both cases application was ~1 week before the real bill date, and they take many days to start processing it)

reality is if it miss cc bill date and cc bank send me a bill to pay
then I purchase usd and return it to cc bank,
then delayed/returned money from broker will stay in cc and have no use unless being funded to broker again....

this is where my 1st delayed refund stay at - fxcm account.

not sure if this is a way they eventually stop cc money going back to cc banks and become money in their bank acc. just by delay it? O_O hehe I was joking.

ok fxcm made it to catch the last minute into this month's cc bill.

lesson there is fxcm takes a normal 3-4 days and a max 7 days to process the refund. deposit is usually 3-4hrs.
fxsol deposit is instant and withdrawal is always processed in 24hrs.

for fxcm we need to req refund ~10 days ahead of cc bill in order to ensure doesn't miss it.

I think some banks will not let a few thousands USD "stay in CC doing nothing". Probably you can set up a new Savings account and link it to your card. Normally it will be auto-converted to your local currency and credit into your Savings/Current account directly.

Anyway FXCM-UK is too slow. I will not consider broker that takes more than 48 hours for withdrawal. Thanks for your review.
Sep.7th EST withdrawal is processed / removed from acc today Sep.9th within 48hrs.

2 other Sep.8th EST withdrawal not processed yet.

I guess more money goes to stock market recently? so forex has less orders to process (than the FIFO month).

thanks for the advice fxfei, I'd just leave the cash in cc, there is not much other way to spend them, hehe.

last time I thought fxcm processed monday request in wednesday which improved................I was wrong...

I submit one urgent withdrawal of number 2490$ to cc 41 monday. it need to close cc bill next monday or I need to pay it myself...
and then remind support that this one is urgent and should be processed 1st.

in order not to confuse it, I hold submitting 2 other withdrawal till tuesday.
number 2498$ back to cc 49
number 2300$ back to cc 40
and then remind support that monday's number 2490$ back to bank 41 is urgent and should be processed 1st.
support says no problem, there is a queue, 2490 is processed independent of 2498 and 2300.

on wednesday I do see a number removed from my acc.
but just now I double checked again, creditcard bank 41 did not see fxcm return 2490$.
I checked fxcm report again... it returned Tuesday's 2498$ back to cc 49 actually!!!! and ignored monday's 2490$. (is there a queue?)

..... so I missed next monday's deadline again.... for very short trade tests. I had
a. one request processed 8 days after request, and missed cc bill by 1 day, I paid myself for the bill
b. one request submit 10 days before cc date, I did a suspend/resume 7 days before cc date, and money got back on exact cc bill day... close to miss.
c. now this request submit monday and mess up with tuesday's request (queue?).... now sure to miss next monday bill date, and I will have to pay it myself again.

my only words left is
submit 1 request each time, remind them every day till you see money removed from acc.......

a similar request on Sep.8 for fxsol to return to cc 41 was processed on exact day (<12hrs) and cleared book at my bank on Sep.11th (<60hrs)

haven't loggon for quite a while. I got notice from jason the fxcm rep saying that my previous suggestion to lower c-oil trade size has been responded. min size is lowered from 5*100 barral (40k usd) to 1*100 barral (8k usd).

I'd like to thank jason/fxcm for that consideration. since I have already withdrawal the deposits .. I haven't been able to try it out.

but still I would suggest pure beginner to begin oil trade with avafx
coz it allows 100$ deposit + 50$ bonus to trade starting 10 barrel or 800$ positions which is way safer.
