they start to process the withdrawal July.22 EST. (Thursday) which is July.23 asia time.

the order arrive at my cc bank July.24 and order closed July.25...
unfortunately my cc bill date is July.24,

so the returning amount cannot cancel the bill before bill date
I have to do a currency exchange and return the cc bill myself >_<

this means request withdraw 1 week ahead did not guarantee it arrive back in time.

who knows if this is their best known method for making customer temp money eventually turn into the real money in their pocket? O_O I'd keep a close eye on this.

faint, fxcm-uk processed the 2498$ deposit but change it to 1,482.57 GBP amount and added 1482.57 to my USD account!!

crazy,,,,,,, how about calc it by 15 ounce gold and add 15 to my usd acc??????

18hrs passed before issue withdraw request of a mid'july deposit, amount not removed from acc.

this is versus 4hr from cc deposit to amount show up in acc.
a solid proof that fxcm-uk process deposit and withdraw in different queues, not in same queue and FIFO.

my expectation is fxcm-uk process withdrawal 10x slower than deposit, i.e. after 40hrs it is processed. let's see if they beat it.. haha

to my surprise the support I talked to initially did not see my request (in a queue or something?)

after I pull-out Aug.5 chat log, they then find out the Aug.5 request from email.

it seems necessary that a follow-up after 24hrs to confirm that they did not miss the request.

fxsol-aus was okey,
cc deposit within 15min, withdrawal remove from acc in 24hrs and back to bank in 3 days.

I don't know why fxcm-uk is so slow.
1st time from withdrawal request to remove from my acc takes 6 days to process and missed my cc deadline
2nd time deposit 2499$ was translated to GBP number and add ~1470 to my usd acc
3rd time after 2 days submit withdraw, support says I did not submit it
4th time request 2 withdrawal and missed 1 >_<

HOWEVER... their fund was safe and trading was legitimate and was one of brokers who has good relationship and not rejected by my banks.
it was an okey backup account for bigger trades...
no reply for email complaint.... logged on live chat, chat acknowledge the issue and will have it corrected.

depend on luck to see if there will be 50$ profit left in acc or not... if after withdraw left <50 fxcm will close your acc.
will not purposely leave it since their trades position still too big for me... for 1st year of trades I'd stay fine with fxsol's 1k$ positions. + ava trading 700$ oil.

re-visiting post#1 plan...
fxcm-uk? works... fxsol-aus works as my main acc.
I still have no chance to deposit to fxpro directly since my bank rejects paying it. (via paypal proxy acc probably works?)
interactivebrokers deposit deadline (45 days) is this week... I probably will miss it and reopen acc later.
deltastock I had a 50% bonus max 5k euro since I won their monthly contest/ deposit deadline is this month... it will be considered.

I am actually trading c-oil with ava right now will update some details later... ava trade size 700~<2k$ much smaller so feels better.

follow up on yesterday's fxcm-uk withdraw request. (it has been a routine for me and f~ in order to make sure they don't miss this thing or that >_<)
