delta contacted assuring that they've given consideration and granted my scanned signature w/o need of a gov notery.

so I sent out scanned signature right away... waiting to trade live starting 100$

he sends me a form called 'fund transfer authorization form from fxcm-us to fxcm-uk'

I am confused because I not yet register at fxcm-us and directly register at fxcm-uk... but I filled it because I trust him.

in the form I choose 'new deposit' instead of transfer a $ from fxcm to fxcm-uk.

it is said that then the uk(or us?) operations dept will send me a mail on deposit details.

it is good step forward anyway.

I saw a trading oppotunity from fxcm's charting actually. haha.

Regarding IB and its rather high initial deposit requirement: I don`t know if the following still works:

1. Send a deposit notification covering the WHOLE SUM (i.e. USD 10k), confirm this.

2. Don`t send any money.

3. Send a SECOND deposit notification an an acceptet sum (recommended > 2k) and confirm it.

4. Send money according to second notification. Wait till arrival notice and check if account ready for trading

5. Cancel first deposit notification.

haha thanks for the tricks forex37.

actually their deposit is okey for me,

just I'm unhappy with the need to go 2 way currency exchange and 2 way wire... and monthly no activity fee, and blabla fee... and lots of works needed to exchange and wire...
if just for learning it doesn't make much sense to lose a total 2-3% just because of learning... fxsol could do it with cc for free and it even don't occupy my capital.

electronic way from bank wire to ready to trade ib should be = 2 days,
I am waiting for a good entry shot within 1month while practicing skills with small accounts.

they are by far the only forex broker that provide put options of my home equity market so I have to do a deposit eventually.

my old plan was not to trade big till after proven profitable trading 1000$ position in 2nd year... now is moving too fast I think.

worry that I may fall trading bigger lots when not so ready yet....fear.

min position size wise fxsol (900$ or 8400$) is much more appealing than fxcm-uk (40,000$) and ib (25,000$)

ps: I will probably not deposit 500~1000$ to fxpro live acc till 16th of this month because they're known to have a long withdrawal TPT up to 8 days....
try to do it after my cc bill date so not to be billed because of cancellation delayed.
the plan is 1st to trade an 0 risk aud/usd swap rate hedge trading just to see if I can close trade and withdrawal smoothly.

the fxcm-us cfd support says it IS available...
I trust him so I did a deposit just now...unlike fxsol deposit is not instant and will wait 2 days...
no rush coz I paid with a cash put in cc so no need to rush back before bill date I think.

using 2k usd to open 2* 40,000 usd position size (min order for us oil, dow and sp500) as a hedge order seems a suicide...

this is even more risky than trading interactive brokers (25,000 usd position size with 10k $ acc)

okey now I am suggesting them to offer 0.1lot or 1*dow
as fxpro do (0.1 lot = 0.5*dow or 4000$ = 5*sp500 = 100 barrel oil); fxsol and deltastock offer 1 dow position=8000$)
fxpro: acc ready for deposit/trade/withdraw, not deposit yet
interactivebrokers: acc ready for deposit, not deposit yet

fxcm-uk cfd: acc ready, deposit is done via cc yesterday, uk support said will send me loginID monday.

deltastock: my application authetication passed eventually with a waiver of required signature proof from gov notery. received 9 pdf forms to fill >_< will fill in one by one. seems will be able to deposit next Tuesday. I'd like to deposit 100$ 1st.

broco seems to be gaining some credit...
till now 10 feedbacks on forexpeacearmy averaging 3.4 *star.

I also did a google and found they have been in business since 2007 or earlier and will get cysec license automn.

I notice that their mt4 trader offer cfd and future contract starting 0.01lot

and I have been using their claimed investor (currenx+mt4) demo to see ecn price and place order live in oanda back since March.

oh they have no min deposit and strategy runner offer mini future lots, but do not support cc deposit. [edit: see a note saying bank fees are compensated by company, not sure if this means wire is free]

bottom line...
I really need a cfd/future platform that allows me to trade position size=acc size.... so I can learn w/o a cost of blow up real money.
no min acc and 0.01 lot sounds good.

and fxpro seems to be the only option except for fxsol...(well delta but their deposit cost 2% instantly. )

in this regard fxcm-uk's 40,000usd min position seems scary for me although I did deposit already.

em... read a long thread starting 2007....
eventually no customer asked any questions, bad sign... complaints of high bank fee and high spread/commission in live and suspect of mishandlings...

put off this one from live acc list plan for the moment.

consult on fxpro on if withdrawal need to keep an amount in acc
answer is acc can withdraw to 0...

this is good, probably I will deposit 1k$ to trade 4k$ futures position sometime after mid this month.
but their forex position don't offer 1k lot. only 10k lot offered.

I signed a 10 page customer agreement document and scan/emailed back.

delta will review if it's okey before letting me use regular mail to send it back (>_<)

seems will not be able to trade till end of month but I can see they are very serious as any regulated stock/future exchange broker.

I signed on address proof and scanned together with ID and mailed back.

deposit via cc was done to fxcm 15pm EST Thursday, checked support
Friday was holiday so will process later today to open new acc.
delta confirm that application is okey electronically..

now need to mail to europe by regular mail to finish acc opening...
cc deposit is in queue to be processed today and new acc will come into use.
