So it looks like the USA goes to DST at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March (11 March 2007), so this means we put our clocks ahead 1 hour, effectivly turning Eastern Standard time to GMT -4. However in the European Union, Summer Time begins the last Sunday in March (25 March 2007) at 1:00 a.m. Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time), so at this time then we EST goest back to GMT-5.
Wondering if anyone can confirm that this is correct?
I suppose that depending on your broker, you also may experience some offest in your clocks over the period of time that DST goes into effect.
