Where can I see real-time rates over the weekend?

I know that most of the markets are closed over the weekend. I know that there is some trading going on, so the prices should be going up and down a bit. I need to convert tens of thousands of dollars from US to Canadian dollars. I could make the transaction right now using the closing rate on Friday. Or I could wait until Monday. If I could see what the rate is doing right now real-time, I could see if the rate appears to be going up or down for Monday. Is there any website that shows the real-time rate over the weekend?
