Indicator of all kinds!!!

I have compiled a large list of Indicators after many long hours of browsing forums and a multitude of different threads. There didn't seem to be a forum here that was just for this so I'll post it here and let the Adminastrators decide where it should go, but I put it here so that as many as possible might benefit from these indicators.

Feel free to post any others you have written or come across that I haven't accumulated yet.

I don't know what all the different indicators do or how they should all work so please don't ask.
