The Stochastics Different Pairs indicator looks very useful for checking out potential pairs/correlation trades. Only thing I don't understand is the 'Delta figures' displaying on the right hand side of the the indicator chart. Can anyone enlighten me please. It's probably got a simple expolanation but I can't seem to grasp it's significance or how the figures are arrived at.
Someone can please enlight me?
I Want to hedge my positions ,and are all trading ideas generated by macroeconomics and data driven ,
And i am studing a strategy that they advice to hedge every risky position,
But i am a bit confused if just using correlations can be a good hedge or not,
And how to use is effectively,
Let's say my trade is going very bad ,and my hedge is doing bad too,how i have to behave in this case ?

Tradable Correlation 1.8 is much more advanced and also includes spreads.

the correlation strategy works, there are only basic rules that must be followed.
for example, forget the opportunity of EA.

What if you make a grid when price moves against you, maybe that'll work. Should be able to deal with drawdown as long as you are hedged correctly, right?
