Hello all, I'm just curious to see if anyone who has a trading system that can attain a 90% win rate, using only 1-5 trades open at any one given time. That can also be traded in any market condition.

If there is any Newbies who want to know how i set up my trades drop me a message. I want to make sure others can achieve the same kind of success I do without killing their Margin. If others can replicate what I do, then I'm on the right track on my live trading.

I don't have this, but I do have a very nice bridge to sell you. But you have to move fast, I have S. Claus coming to look at the bridge later and he's an "all cash" type . . .

If you think anyone had a 90% winning system that there thread would not be 10k+ replys? Really now think of it. You think posting this you will even get a reply back? .....

Actually guys I have about a 90% win rate after 234 trades in 3 full weeks.. with one open trade it's a small lot on a "Mini" account though. If anyone does have anything similar to my results i would not mind posting my live results. Then discuss what kind of tactics or strategies that we may or may not have in common.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still going to test this in a live environment for 1 year before putting some real money into a "standard" trading account. I want to see if I might be over looking something.

I've looked at your other post, what are you keys to trading? Momentum, Charts, candle formations?

Nothing but trends with an automated system. I write my own EAs to ride trends, and I'm not afraid to post my CODE or my RESULTS.

Nice, honestly I'm not quite there yet. I'll learn to write scripts for an EA once I can make sure my keys to trading can hold up all year.

What drives me crazy is a friend who keeps trying to buy EA after EA for hundreds of dollars only to lose more money. Starts up a investment pool to lose over 90% and he was just a technical trader using pivots, fibo lines.

How big of a trend do you ride? I road the E/U down trend from last week. Yet I still traded against the trend two weeks ago. That's why I need to fully test out how well it holds up in a live in environment when emotions can sometimes save or cut your profits.

Last week i hit 750 pips, missed 1k pips due to just being paranoid about the market taking all my gains back and then some. I've been called a fundamental trader.. I just like to trade with the wind behind my back. Right now the E/U i would like to say can make a run up into the summer, but i just have a feeling it can drop another 200 pips.

Don't get me wrong, I made losses because i risked more than i should have. So I'm not doing that anymore with my win rate, I'm just going to grind it out for the year and build up my account by sheer number of pips won.

thanks, I hear all the time about people losing money. I would be doing very well if i was not being stupid. So instead of doubling my money i was humbled to about 17% now back to 23% of my original principle. Nothing to brag about, but at the current rate it would take me 2 months to go back to break even.

i think its called short the rallies and nothing special in the current environment...

No offense, but I'm afraid your question is meaningless. Any system with a 5 pip profit target and a 500 pip stoploss will have a very high (probably 90%+) win rate. But then one loss will ambush you. In other words, you need to consider the RR (return to risk ratio) of each trade, as well as the win rate.

Any system should be tradable regardless of whether the market "is going up or down".

Oh I know, Just wanted to see what people thought. Most just take it as a joke, but there are people who seriously feel blinded by success and just bet higher. A friend of mine is looking for an EA that does exactly that. He's spent hundreds of dollars on EA's and lost more than what he invested.

I'm just combining various strategies and tactics into something consistent. Last week was 750 pips I range anywhere from 500-1000 pips a week. I have to win enough pips incase case i hit a 500 pips SL.

I trade candle formations I like, watch the economic news forecast. I have a game plan for 40-60 pip movements. On days i expect some serious movements i have pending trades for a 100 pip range. I try to maintain a 2000-5000% margin level as well. Not huge trades by any means, but enough wins to make sure losses don't destroy the account.

I'll figure this month in a live environment if it's best to trade a 100 pip range, wait for a retracement and set up trades again. Or take a shot at projecting a 400-600 pip movement for the E/U.

How would you describe your "Keys" to trading then? Right now I'm at 89% was at 95% but got stupid and didn't stay the course with my lot size and abandoned my MM/Pip management.

Plus after hearing all the horror stories on how you can get screwed by market, I get paranoid after I winning so many pips. As if my broker is out to get me or just one big giant Ponzi Scheme.

When I trade a 40, 50, or 60 pip range... It's almost instinctive with 1-3 trades open at one time for the E/U. I used to be a scalper, but fully realized I needed a complete strategy to win consistently or win enough pips to cover any open trades that may be losing.

If you want to see my live results I can post it on here. Right now my live account is just an example of, "If it ain't broke don't fix it". Lol I'm looking at keeping my gains this week instead of basically giving it back to ibfx and then some like my first two weeks.

Mind sharing what your set up is for a trade?

This morning my trades are going in as expected. I have 1-3 trades open between 1.2900-1.3000. Locked in 35pips so far. Normally i gun for 100-200 a day, but I'll get 160 pips total once it clears 1.3000 for the E/U. I'll wait for a retracement then trade 40-60 pip range with various Take Profit positions. Btw all buys.

I'm just happy from watching the chart and a general understanding of how news impacts the market... such a more relaxed trading style ^_^... Lower lot sizes give me room for error before the market moves through my trading range... It's a beautiful thing.. just closed another trade for another 10 pips another. If it completes my trading range I'll get 160pips with one open to catch a potential bull run. If that one open trade goes south, I can let it ride at -160pips or close it at -80pips or just go with a +5 Stop Loss.
