Trading journals?

Does anyone know of an inexpensive trading journal software product? I would like to be able to click a button and see my trading performance over time. Or perhaps to print out all my comments on my psychology for a string of trades, etc.

In your own personal journal, what kind of information do you keep?

try excel, i'm sure you already have it, and use macros. google macros in excel if you don't know how to use them.
