Yeah, it was a mistake in quoting on their side. Spiked down to 0.9760 then suddenly went back normal lol.
Does anyone know how to change the historical price in MT4? I want to eliminate that spike. Thanks.

Edit: Never mind, I've figured it out myself.

This way seems not work for me. I have deleted the wrong records for each TF from history center, but MT4 download it again from FXDD after I restart MT4 or open a new chart.....

It looks like the only way is asking FXDD make a correction to their price database.....

It triggered about 10 sell stops I had in place but at the price of 1.9585 all of them! I had to ask them to close all because I was getting "Off Quotes". I hope this doesn't happen again though I got an easy $100...

Double click on bad record 11:51 and enter price manually
I entered 1.9570 in the low. Do it for each timeframe separately.

FXDD closed all my trades at price spike yesterday. This is the first time that happened to me. I was expecting them to put back my original positions and credit my account for the loss, but instead they put back my open positions at the price when they closed them without adjusting my account balance. Most of the prices are better than my original orders but I rather not to realise the floating loss. Is this standard proceedure for brokers to deal their system problem this way? It has been frustrating past two days to straighten this mess out.

Did you give them a call? I was fortunate enough to close with profit.

Yes, I emailed them. Someone emailed me back told me to wait another 24 hours. Another night passed, nothing changed, I kept emailing them and called them. I talked to a couple sales and they told me nothing to worry about. And then I got an email saying that my unrealised loss simply became realised and they cannot credit my account. I called again and was told that I had to talk to the director who had just emailed me saying that they can't credit my account. It seemed that he was the only person who knew their proceedure, all the sales did not know. He said that my equity was the same as before. But I do not care about my equity, I care about my account balance. I read from forums that price spike is common to all brokers but they always restore it and credit back. I have not read anything saying otherwise. I felt unfair what FXDD did.
