It will help others coming to the thread as well and also those that are trying to make 300% per month to show them it can not be sustained over a period of time. Also the importance of the amount of risk put unto each trade determines the lifespan of the trading life of the account. One can not put 20% risk on each trade and expect to have a long account life.
IT IS ALL ABOUT COMPOUNDING BY DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTILL IT BECOMES SECOND NATURE.

You will loose your money if you don't trade with proper money management ( and you do, if you made 1600 from 300 in couple days ).
What is Your risk per trade ?

Please consider that I am an Indonesian. And our social culture may differ from the western.

I was never work in the bank before. However, I have worked in an Indonesian forex brokerage firm as a trainer. And, 4 Hours MACD strategy is what I deliver the most in my training room. The credit goes to mr Philip Nel and this thread.

Quite a handful broker actually get the advantage of the strategy. Note: they have understand the basic skill and mindset needed.

And there is one of, let say, my partner who was thinking that I am good enough than just to be a trainer. So, he set an appointment with his friend in a Japanese bank to hire my as a forex dealer.

Voila! I am now working as an market chartist, and the bank's reuters chart screen is filled with 4 Hour MACD Strategy Indicator

Actually i used 5m macd 10,22,1 strategy (scalping).I entered 1.0 lot size. And i thought i was lucky. now i will use 2% ,6% risk money management and entered small size lot.my risk per trade was 40%.

So now You see, that only 2 bad trades and Your account is empty.
Trading is not about making huge gains, but about risking not too much :-) in general the 1-2% rule is the best rule in trading any financial instrument. Protecting capital is the most important thing! remember that.

Sure, no problem

I still use it for over 3 years, it's really a very good strategy, with good win:loss ratio. It's worth to spend time and learn it ( it took me over 5 months to understand the market behavior and movement ).
So if You have time and patience , learn it hard, and you will have nice gains in future.

thanks . i learn this strategy for only 4 months . Are you full timetrader ? what timeframe did u always use? i always use D1 and H4 M5 .sorry for asking too many question i wish i had market feel .

No... i'm not a full time trader ( i work as an IT sys admin ), and i don't want to be.
I tried many systems, on different TF, 1m systems, 5m, 1h , 4h and daily. I trade only on 4H and D1, why ? because i'm not scalper or short term trader... i prefer to watch charts couple times per day instead of watching them for 8h. Also price action works in my opinion better on bigger TF ( for D1 i use support/resistance zones and candlestick patterns ).
So if you have patience i suggest to stick bigger TF.
It took me very long time to undestand how markets work, and what is MY OWN approach for them ( sry if this isn't correct in english, i'm not english native ). And You should do the same, make decision about what is good for You and start using it ;-)

Great stuff master Phillip, I wonder if this strategy concepts are similar to your classic 5 min Intraday (which I trade), I guess I'll take a look to find out.
