An open position in MT4 FXDD was suddenly closed, at a loss, with the above email in my MT4 mailbox from "bridge1".

I emailed FXDD and they said that I had closed it !! What does this message mean and how can I prove that it didn't come from me ?? There is no activity in my journal at that time.
Your stop was hit?
No the stop wasn't hit. It was closed 20pts away from my stop, which FXDD have acknowledged.
Nobody knows what this means ??

I got this stopout from FXDD too, was just 1 lot with a 3k account and there was no stop loss set. after I came back and on my PC the trade was stopped out. It was still a winning trade at the point of stopout.
same thing happened to me.
I closed FXDD account and open ATC.

DONT WALK.. RUN!! - FXDD is a THIEVING Bucketshop. Try Oanda, they may be bucket but they dont play those type of games. (ATC better choice but I just cant roll with FXCM. ATC will play straight with you but the FXCM feed will still have mystery outages and glitches. Something funny *ALL* the time...)

How did they explain this if they acknowledged it? (did they refund/restore the trade?)

At what time did that happen? It may be a spread spike. I know there was the Chinese PMI on Wednesday so might be that
