As to MAs:
let's say price equals MA period 1 (just for fun's sake):
that would mean a D1 simulation on H4 ought to be something like period 6, right (H4x6=D1)
that would mean a W1 simulation on H4 ought to be something like period 30, right (H4x6=D1; D1x5=W1)
that would mean a Mth simulation on H4 ought to be something like period 120, right ((H4x6=D1; D1x5=W1; W1x4=Mth)
So your 8,21,100 are pretty close to the real thing. And what is even better: they don't have to be magical, mystical but simply mathematical... (Fibonacci, of course, is also highly mathematical - just not relevant for trading....)
