Hi cpfleger. Can you specify more precisely "CCI elbow" . I guess it is a hook but i am not sure.

Steverino, my question doesnt concern what elbow is for, but how elbow looks like.
What elbow is for was clearly described in cpfleger post you have mentioned above and we all know this post .
As i understand elbow is a synonime of HOOK. Am i right?
Does arrow on my previous post indicate an ELBOW?
Is that the point?

A HOOK has a curvature and an ELBOW has a sharp angle.
Either term is telling YOU the trader to get ready for a reversal as trading only goes two way - up or down.

Since you did not direct your question to anyone I must assume your asking me....
For basic retail traders to grow their confidence in their trading business, the 3 candle rule is a great place to start for roughly 3 months until the new Trader can show to themselves by their trading journal a performance of 85% or better as I have stated in my Trading Blueprint a few posts back, YOU are developing a new skill a steady performance is what all traders need, consistency leads to performance which enables profit.
