The faults you mentioned are what we all have to go thru unfortunately. there is no easy way thats for sure. Just take your time and if your live only use small positions. No point in giving the market all your money while your trying to figure this out

Now have a look at the 1hr setup on GU.. Really Really Really RISKY trade as we had news coming out, but wow what a trade. It took off 100pips straight away and if you had a stoploss and it went the other way (down) it would have probably gapped it so you would have a bigger loss. Just something to think about

Guys I really hope im not coming across as some know it all A$$hole Guru that thinks they know it all. I dont know it all, i get plenty of trades wrong. But what i am good at is knowing when im wrong and accepting of the loss. I never risk more than im willing to lose. I have just gotten better at losing thats all

A great book to read is the BEST LOSER WINS by Tom Hougaard

Hi Guys, the zoom i just did i had someone called Paul. Sorry Paul but i didnt get your ff handle but you asked about the ADR. i hope i explained it well enough. Anyway just wanted to say you can download an ADR app and it will give you the ADR for the day, also the range for the 4hrs and 1hr candles
