What are you offering that sites like youtube and patreon do not offer? Your percentage is higher, yet your website traffic will be smaller. If you want to make the offer more attractive, then you might consider offering free marketing that is inclusive of the 15% fee so that clients can grow their subscriber base without needing to worry about that aspect of the business.

-It is not free; you are taking it out of your 15%. In order to compete with bigger sites, you need to offer something that they do not, especially if you are charging more than they are. Don't you agree?
