As the title suggests I'll be logging daily entries on this journal about my daily trades, pre session analysis, thoughts on after session. This journal will solely be dedicated to track my progress and improve my method. Once the goal is reached I'll exit FF for good

Cheers to a consistent methodology.

Here's today's Nikkei 1h

Down trendline has broken as seen in the attached chart that's my primary cause and where I shall be expecting a potential effect and the general directional bias for the Asian session. Current resistance is at around 911 with potential support at 857 --> this is an area where bulls could aim for a push higher without actually testing the horizontal line as I see it.

I know that having an expectation is dangerous in this line of work but my plan is to sell from the 911-857 and exit at the support of down trend line. I have my levels and micro flow on 1min where I'll be fine tuning my entry/re entry/sl/exits.

To recap here's what actually happened

So it did went down from 911 before bouncing back off of 1h last low 711-823 area instead of 1h down trend line but on 1h it looks like price has touched the trend line it just doesn't look like it touched the trend line exactly on 1min which leads me to be more flexible and not rigid in my thinking.

That move up was going pretty well before Singapore open that's from what I could gather from 1min price started hitting my sl-s pretty hard!! And there were many conflicting signals however as I'm typing price is currently going up so either I'm missing something here or its just that Singapore likes to mess things around confuse people like myself.

Despite being relatively on point as regards to price movement/general direction and significant levels for the session I still managed to end the day in negative. To be fair I wasn't prepared to read the 1min form and really time my entries/re entries/stop loss/exit. So I guess I shouldn't be too "surprised" with the result.

To sum it up I am seeing the correct levels and reading the 1h flow "accurately" I am getting better at reading relative/comparative forces on 1h. But I noticed that even if you read the flow accurately and have the right levels on 1h if you don't pick a side there's a tendency to zig zag in between the major levels which I guess some people could do but I just can't do it and my account is far too small to be doing anything and everything. From tomorrow I am going to pick a side after my flow reading. And will only stick to one move multiple entries with "control". To be able to have "control" and not impose my analysis I'll time my entries accurately upon "confirmation" on 1min. I paid my price today on how to fine the entries on 1min.

As long as I'm correctly diagnosing the cause of my losses I should be ending the days in the green.

Immediate bear pressure at 802 bulls at 769 how close is that to 802 its going to be an interesting open I have no bias price is currently trending higher but like what happened yesterday after Tokyo lunch anything can happen !

I'm prepared nevertheless.

flag is forming on 1min don't want to go long in between these areas next R is very close by and its getting closer to Tokyo open.

first tokyo entry long at 001 048 exited at 47 pips the move was sudden I traded the breakout I was afraid of counter move hence exit before touching the next R

this looks complicated... not sure if I can handle this without giving away my profit.

studying the aftermath : hindsight v what I actually accomplished a lot to learn.

goal is to safely follow the flow no guessing the result should bring in positive balance forget the result $$ but focus on the process which is to dance with the rhythm of the dance much similar to how people live their lives really goal oriented bypassing the essence of life "the present moment" digging themselves into a deep black hole of constant agony and misery.

ps: I see the immediate positive experience of keeping a journal might stay here a bit longer than I initially anticipated.

I had 3 hours of sleep that night forgive me ::

On the initial movement I could have kept the position until 988 I don't see what else I could have done better.

On Tokyo movement I could have kept that breakout position and moved my sl immediately after 988 HL and a new long entry at the test of diagonal line and more on test of 039, 099 and exit at 180.

it's all about identifying the "relevant levels" you look to the left and trade on you right.
easier said than done but I'm beginning to see something.

trade on facts not on opinions don't impose your analysis don't be rigid be flexible.
