CRS (Common Reporting Standard) - reporting false gains in forex

right now i'm having a big problems and high tax amounts to pay for false information of earnings in a forex account in uk.
has anyone had this same problem... or knows how these reports by CRS are made?

The idiots working on the Common Reporting Standard should be more careful with the information they are sending duplicate and false AT paws without any real content. then the inspector in portugal DINA FRANCISCO obliges me to pay taxes on interest that the brooker paid me in the order of 6000 euros. but a brooker pays interest for having money in a trading account, do you have to tell me what it is? I have all the reports of the year's negotiations and they are not valid. for this reason I closed my forex account because I can't afford these mistakes financially. I deposited £3000 in my account now I have to pay the Portuguese state £2000! a total clowning that takes away my rights and freedoms. I would just like to know where I can go at European level to expose my case, which is very serious. if anyone has an idea let me know please

I have accounts at 3 brokers and one of them is in FxPro from UK, Im from Poland and from 7 years now I havent one single problem with taxes in UK, maybe problem is in calcilations, you gaelve him to high balance or they readed false, I dont know but you can not pay 2000 from 3000 earnings

hello thanks for replying. yes it is in the UK Cityindex. but with them everything is fine. the error is in the CRS counter information which has nothing to do with the reports.

Another strange thing is that my reports that only I operate with this account do not serve as evidence in the Portuguese AT. so how can i defend myself? at the moment I have to pay to not have the house pawned

Oh I see now! That's strange! Why your reports is not evidence on this case? You probably must hire some lawyer to make all clear, they must show you documents why that calculated this ammount of tax money

yes, it was enough to show the document how they obtained that value. so it was clear right?
but in the document only the amount appears.

nor should such things be permitted by law. So the math doesn't lie. CRS anti fraud ..now make a fraud against me? unacceptable
