Yes I have experience with DAX two quarterly maturities.
One resulted in 34% drawdown
Another resulted in 52% surplus wiping the 34% drawdown with net 18% gain in a week.
Practice makes a person perfect

My best trades were those who had a drawdown, lets say an acceptable drawdown.
In my humble experience, you have to accept a potential drawdown, you have to live everyday with this item.

Thats why I chose to be over capitalized as a retail trader.
Obviously I'm aware this is a potential big risk to manage (money mgmt is crucial), but without a risk there's no gain here, imho.

As I previously wrote, it's no good for longs that prices remain below 650 zone (50% retracement last big swing 16300>15000).

So I have to manage carefully my positions.
Anyway erratic and unpredictable nature of DAX leave room for any scenario, specially if 590/610 zone will hold next hours...we'll see.

110 pts is today official range, not too much after last days stellar performance.
It seems a consolidation day, as yd, nothing more , nothing less,,,,
