Todays trades

made no money today, but also didn't lose any, which is probably the best result I could have hoped for considering the quite market

First things first - Google basically gapped the Nasdaq higher. Obviously, the futures have continuous trading so a nice big melt up last night into the US session today.
Where there is a gap it is always good to see it get filled early.


The TPO shows the result of having the 45% higher and the rest languishing below. We had another balance day. Though there had been an excursion down to the 150% level within the second our of regular trading. Which is where we can make profits.


I tried to get in and then had a stop loss too close, got in again and got stopped out quickly, they didn't break higher so got in again on the lower time frames and then made some money eventually. Stopped on the first sign of weakness in the bear move as the whole index didn't line up.

Nasdaq is stopped cold at the 14 Week MA line. PayPal, Starbucks, FB not good guidance. A glimpse of things to come. Banks reporting substantial hits to GDP 2022.

I have a lot more bearish reasons I could go into too. May be i'lldo a video on all of the economic indicators I look at. Good luck today

Got a new rule. Don't trade big lot sizes during earnings season when the leading stocks are reporting.
