So if the dollar is so strong today against all currencies,
Why is he so weak in the face of gold?
Anyone know the reason?

I got slaughter this week lost 75% of my account time to rethink everything.
What I did wrong last week:

I broke my rules.

Wave off my strategy.

Did not stay in touch with fundamentals.

I did not listen to my body (been dealing with health issues which I've been ignoring while trading, sometimes you just got to give it up, I was not thinking rational or did I have the right psychological and mental stamina to get any work done properly, let a alone be prepare for the week for trading).

I tried to expose more for less pips, in my head I was compensating for not being ready but I end up exposing my self too much and had to cut the trades. the worst part is that I had the right entries just overly expose which end up killing me, in insight would I had diamond hand lol I would've made a killing instead of almost killing my account.

This week I dust my self off did the opposite of last week pretty much, my strategy has work so far so long I stick to it.

I am my worst enemy in this fight.

What to keep: Big wins, small wins, brake evens and small losses.

What not to keep: Big Losses.

It's ok to miss any opportunity others will follow in the future.

Never try to make up for missed opportunities you'll be chasing the dragon.

I'm a new trader, so I hope my failures helps any new trader success out there.

Ok for me it is a confused day coz if yesterday gold had changed the trend in m5 or 15 it will come down no matter what otherwise gonna take loss
