My fxTrade account is opened on OANDA Europe (London, United Kingdom, EC2N 1HQ) and it just was charged for trading Forex pairs at the end of April 12th with an unusual DAILY_FINANCING 5 days swap instead of 1 day swap as normal, and it looks it will continue the unusual DAILY_FINANCING 5 days swap instead of 3 days swap as normal for April 13th, and so on indefinitely.

Please investigate and fix the indefinitely 5 days swap issue so a Credit Adjustment for trade or platform correction to be made to my trading account.

At least, it's a general issue for all accounts trading Forex pairs, the unusual and indefinitely DAILY_FINANCING 5 days swap for April 12th and April 13th can be viewed as well on the Oanda website:

Thanks for reaching out. I checked in our system and it seems someone from our team has contacted you about this problem. The financing fee of 5 days is charged on the 12 of April is due to the upcoming holidays.

Yes, I have received the detailed answer regarding the upcoming holidays.

It was an issue with the Oanda website, now it displays properly 1 day swap for April 13th, while 5 days swap before.

The issue with the Oanda website is related to the time zone...it displays April 13th 00:00 local time GMT+2, while the data is loaded for April 12th US time GMT-5, so it displays 5 days swap as well for the first 7 hours of the April 13th local time.

I made 90k with them and they closed my account instantly closed my trades and basically told me to fuck off (after about 8 months of trading). Gave me the money though lol...lets just say they are maker maker who likes losers from my experience.

It happened recently ? The reason of account closure was some violations of some rules ?

Yeah they closed it few months ago...I have no clue why they closed it. You think if I violated some rules they would give me the money?...lol I was just scalping the feed they were giving me and making good money. They must have not liked it...But what I bet you is that all the people who where losing money on the spots I was making it never got that money back and they are still doing it to them...

Every time I heard about account closure it was scalping related...I think it was a kind of "volatility scalping" which was not on Oanda taste...

That's exactly what I was scalping but what's is BS is they punish me for taking advantage of the shitty feed they give and spikes that don't exist in real marker which they make money off from poor newbies who get stopped out with those spikes, but people who take advantage get kicked out. So basically its win/win for them. They keep money and blame it on "market volatility" while it benefits them while if you make money they just kick you out and problem solved.

Unfortunately it's in most contracts you sign with any broker or even some prop firms that you cannot take advantage of inaccurate/false prices

Same--what is going on..Not suro of all pairs but the usd jpy just made a around a 50 pip move..I can not log in on desktop...This isn't the first time its happened--when a big move or spike is coming It seems you can not log in at all...Anyone else having issues?

ok that's fine but do they refund everyone if they make money off those prices by spiking them to Stop losses? if they don't then they should take good with bad. Its pure corruption all I'm saying. They want it both ways that's why all these marker makers are garbage.

Oanda solved the issue in a proper way...
"Beginning on 29 November 2021, we will be introducing a 5 minute break for forex and precious metals instruments at market end of day (4:58pm ET for all currencies, with an additional break for NZD at 6:58am Auckland time). its easter weekend. dont even try to trade spread is really wide compared to normal.

Yes, Oanda is SUPER slow here in Europe, logging in on TV takes a while....also execution times are insane!! What the heck?

This is currently happening with me as well, OANDA U.S., and based in the midwest of U.S.A. Tradingview has logged me out several times in the past 2 hours. Closing the Tradingview desktop and reopening seems to do the trick, albeit only if I attempt re-logging into OANDA again.

Talked to them. They apologize and have server problems... since 10 hours now. I really hope that is a huge exception. Never had problems with them.
