DislikedPlease is anyone here trading oil - WTI OIL? And which strategy are you using - the aggressive or standard? And please Laura which one is best in trading oil?Ignored
Disliked{quote} It depends. Which timeframe are you trading and how much profit are you looking to extract and how long do you intend to stay in the trade? As an example, here's how you could have caught a nice short this afternoon/evening on the 5m aggressive version if using the -50 as a bias. Arrow is entry, cross is where you'd exit. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Great lesson, Laura. I am understanding this strategy more and more. You've truly made my day. Thanks a million. You are a gift to this generation!Ignored
DislikedHi, I've uploaded another indicator, to help visualize and backtest when signals are being triggered. https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/...3#post13582983 This indicator basically replaces the William's %R, to enable alerts & arrows. You can use this whether you're using the "Standard" version of Daylight, or the "Aggressive" one. You have to display on your chart the corresponding moving averages, though. Here's the standard version: {image} And the aggressive one: {image} That way you can better see when setups occur. And...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank you. Don't be surprised if there is a bit of a retrace before it moves up some more. Price has strayed quite far from green line. Good luck!Ignored

DislikedGood morning Daylighters - here's to a profitable week! For those who are just reading the thread and haven't said anything, feel free to say hi and let me know how you are progressing if you are trying out one of the strategies. The more the merrier.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi, You're welcome. I'm afraid I can no longer offer 1 to 1 coaching as it was interfering too much with my trading time. However, please do feel free to post questions/setups etc on this thread and I'll do my best to answer. You might also find some useful material in my Journal (link in first post of the thread).Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Laura Early days for me but I'm enjoying the thread, a lot. I like the aggressive approach, purely because since Roadmap, I feel lost without a channel on my chart . Picking up some great tips on taking profits quicker, which is especially useful as there's a fair bit of ranging on 4H currencies at the moment. Another fantastic strategy that may have simple rules but still teaches so much along the journey. Thank you so much. BillIgnored
