They look for
1. Market structure
2. Liquidity
3. Imbalance
4. Point of interest ( also known as order block)
It is like supply and demand trading but has its own inside. Some SMC traders use The Wyckoff Methodology to trade ranging market for high RR. SMC traders has very small win rate like 10, 20% or 35% but their RR is 1 to 10 or 20, some of the newbies claim they have 1 to 50 RR or 1 to 100 RR but all are trading view Design you know what I mean.
