This is crypto (Binance) but we can see what can happen to prop industry

We have props based in US, we have 8crap, an offshore broker serving US customers, European (and others) props serving US customers...
If SEC looks into this it's easy to destroy a lot of the industry, making US props to cease operations immediately and/or banning 8crap and7or preventing props from other countries to target US.
And then it's like poker. Rest of the world could go on but the market was never again the same without the huge US market. And this happened overnight.
And we know that props need the steady flow of incoming fees for payouts. Without US market things may fall apart.

That's why the props should have gone off shore to begin with. Looks like the young less experienced CEO's don't understand what they are dealing with. On top of SEC there is also the CFTC coming after you. It would be good for them to watch the Madoff docuseries on Netflix.

Hopefully things will still be ok for a while.

Yes, these young, cocky, arrogant CEOs think they are untouchable..........in for a very rude awakening. I certainly will not be adding any US based firms/funding (other than what I have). My only US-based firm funding is 2 accounts with TFTP.

I think the US gov has a pretty easy out for some of the companies.. Contact the brokers and tell them to cease allowing props to accept US accounts.

Takes care of like 99% of the marketplace, leaves us with what 2? or maybe 3 firms. Solves the problem.

Yes, this business in a box is only harmful to the entire space. Eliminate 8crap, and we have:
MFF
FTMO
TFF
E8 (US based, but own feed)
5%ers

I'm a new trader. A friend first introduced me to trading a while back. I find it all to be really interesting. I recently passing the two evaluation phases and received my first profit after joining this company TrueForexFunds.

Since I received my first payout/profit a few days ago, I am trying to learn more about trading strategies and psychology, which is why I’m here. Also to connect with with other traders and learn from their experience.

@everyone unfortunately our issues with Vietnam have not improved. We continue to experience a high rate of fraud from that country that is only getting worse In an effort to combat this fraud, as a business we must make a drastic change. We will be temporarily suspending all purchases from Vietnam. We recognize this affects genuine traders looking to do the right thing but we can not turn a blind eye to the mass fraud currently taking place. We hope those responsible will choose another prop firm to infect and that we can allow traders from Vietnam in a few months time Thank you for your understanding.

Really bad because this is the worse space to come with their BS. They don't even vary anything. It's always that screen + some well written phrases.

I hope the marketing guy at TFF is working pro bono because if he is being paid he should be fired straight away for incompetence.

Vietnam is filled with fraud always, even brokers struggle with it. But the flow type is also more profitable than other regions.

I have my payout today, but I run into a problem with Deel. I have one Deel account with MFF and I use Revolut on this account. Today, I signed another contract in Deel for MFFx, but I could not use Revolut as payment type because I cannot use Revolut on 2 Deel accounts. How do you go about resolving this? TIA
