That's strange. E8 definitely charges commission. Matter of fact, on indices it is up to 10x higher TFF or TFTP. FTMO and MFF offer commission free index trading

Why do people concentrate and obsess over the prop firm they don't like?

They won't change the rules to suit you.

I'm still not clear on why we are looking elsewhere beyond the top 2( MFF and FTMO) and the best of the rest (TFF,TFTP, E8). Nothing wrong with exploring the new, unproven, no payout history, tricky rule offerings, JUST DO IT AFTER YOU'VE SECURED YOUR 2.5 million with THE PROVEN, RELIABLE, 100% PAYOUT RECORD, STRAIGHT FORWARD RULES firms.
It's like people beg to get scammed and then want to bitch about it when they do.

I have a problem with MFF evaluation 300K program, with the scale up which is the maximum AUM we can get?
is not written in any faq and even not in discord faqs

other programs are 2M, but for evaluation is written only 30% scale up, but not "up to..."

Not just my posts, there are numerous contributors here successfully earning from the props. Common sense should tell folks......let me do what they do.....which firms do they use? How do they tackle the challenge? How to trade once you pass? Anything one wants to be successful at in life.....find the folks already doing it and simply emulate what they do. Once successful, you can throw your own spin or niche on it. Many folks drop golden nuggets in this thread virtually every day, one just has to pay attention.

I am not familiar with that firm. Based on the numbers, it appears they are asking 10% target with only 5% DD. So 200% where most firms are now 80%.
Perhaps it's only 1 stage as a trade-off? Funded Trading +????
If so, definitely reputable, I do not like the DD rules or the fact that when you scale your DD does not increase. You get 100K account with 10K DD, scale to 200K, still 10K DD. I trade these firms based on the DD allowed, so doesn't work for me. However, as you state, if the parameters fit your trading, that is all that matters.

So the "evaluation" account at MFF makes the best and scalable to even higher of 2M, good. Ok will require years... or impossible, however good to know.

Yes, E8 charges commissions. On indices it is 0.01% rt. Combined with their wider spreads it is as if your spreads (without commissions) were 5 points for US30, 4 for US100 and about 1.5 for US500. Which is quite expensive. In result, you pay approx. 4-8 times higher cost with E8 compared to MFF (and 3-4 times to TFF) depending on the index you trade

And, on the top of that, I don't about indexes, but slippage in forex is the worse I experience in the props I use.
Even for 2 or 3 lots, EURUSD, out of news, they always eat something in slippage.
So let's do a rank about commissions-spread-slippage

But FTMO is horribly lagging. I could not close several trades, specifically it took me several minutes and the profit was halved due to that. I’ve not got such problem with E8, though.

Myself also cleared phase 2 today.. Having problem in kyc verification..i mailed to them .. Hopefully everything will be alright
