Its what it seems like yes. But cannot be sure, he has been trying to bury it for long time because of the excess fees.
Excess fees? Not making money on the programs?

Since you are one of only 3 or 4 on this thread that I value their options & views & you mentioned Oanda I have a few questions for you if you don't mind.

1. What do you think of Oanda as broker for a personal account of say 20K, not a as a prop firm. I had an account with Oanda several years ago & all was fine for about two years until I swapped from swing/position trading into the scalp mode then odd things started with spreads & platform issues in general.

2. What do think of Darwin Zero?

Anyone else desiring to weight in please do so.

than why you want to trade indices with bucketshops? trade with an futures FCM, you will have better spreads ect, you have Stonex, AMP they both offer MT5 if you like MT5, if you want rithmic of cqg or other platforms you have alot of options, brokers like oanda is only if you trade forex for scalping if you swing you can trade futures too

Oanda has been a bit dodgy throughout history. It started off well when the US companies had many competitors, but after the GFC it became junk. My opinion is that the costs of satisfying the regulator became too high and so it lead to a really poor product overall.

FTMO has the chance to turn it into something it can be, but it would need to strip the company a bit and run it more like an ICMarkets model, which is support model instead of sales model. It could go well given Oanda is an island inside the US market, but the regulator is always looking for ways to fine these companies which is where I think FTMO might trip - those costs are hard to account for.

Darwin Zero is fine but I don't see it as a trader as very lucrative. Its a very smart model, well thought out and applied properly. Basically the types we see on forums and on social media won't succeed there because they generally (there are exceptions) aren't traders or good traders. But this makes the model not very attractive. If someone came in with a more lucrative version of their model the model would likely go back to having far fewer users. The other thing i mentioned before in here is their license. Its extremely hard to get and maintain which is likely why they can't push their model to the limits. Solid company though.

Have you made a withdrawal yet with FE? If so how was the whole process?

I have 3 accounts with them, passed the 40% consistency threshold and min 5 profitable days, now I'm waiting for the 14 day window to pass and then I'm going to withdraw 3 x $1200.

My futures account, the first of its kind with tickticktrader.com , i made profit 7530 dollars and they denied my payout request.

Tickticktrader.com is scam.

The firms like tradeify, MFFU, are genuine.

Futures elite is new but i am taking chance.

After denial of payout from tickticktrader.com, i have all accounts work in progress.

Have not req payout from any other futures firm. Exception FX prop firms. MFF, FTMO AND FXIFY.

However, i stopped trading fx prop firms for the last 3 months after working on futures firms.

If you need money, go and withdraw.

I would advise , make small profits every day and grow your account in sucha way that you maintain equity over 52000 after withdrawal.

If i were you, i will make first withdrawal 1k after earning 3k profit.

I've set up a buffer of $1000 that I will leave in the accounts.

A $1000 total loss is equivalent to 4 x losses for me and I usually stop trading if I have 2 losses in a row so it should be ok.

Aiming to withdraw small amounts every 2 weeks to stay under the radar.

If my first withdrawal goes ok I'll buy another 2 accounts to max out the allowed account limit.
