As far as I know from famous twitter account, there will not be regulatory action against prop firms unless fraud.

He is on silence mode which is really benefiting him to focus on hunting out the future space.
He made goals like 1 million profits this year. So I think he is totally focused on his goals.

Thanks Josh. Appreciate your reply. My concern was that I had seen a review for this copier and it was suggested that there would be no ongoing support.
Edit: Whilst typing this response I received reply to my email from Trading Connectivity assuring support was ongoing.
Will trial this copier.

I think it's very impressive, Monty with all his real-time posts. A 140k profit in a year is definitely no small feat (260+% per year), 11.67k per month. The world record in this forum.

CFTC claimed MFF being fraud so I don't see their statement making any difference. It might actually be worse for the props as they also state focusing on going after fraudsters and most probably consider props being such.
