hey guys
could someone point me in the direction where I can find more information about this or just explain to me if you have few spare minutes:

- latency arbitrage trading
– reverse arbitrage trading
– hedge arbitrage trading
– or any use of emulators

they are not allowed in MFF and trying to find in Google but most is related to stocks
from what I understand
- latency arbitrage trading - this is when you try to benefit from their price being slower than others?

Its cheating but using metatrader being a piece of shit to take a fast feed to execute on a slow speed resulting in your ability to print money.

Like Takisd has said, its cheating the broker. If and when they find out, they will show you the door without any profits gained. FPA has hundreds of claims of scams by lads who used arbitrage EA's to game profits. They never win on their claims as every broker bans arbitrage in their TOS.

Its also strange how mql5 marketplace has tons of arb ea's for sale.

so basically all these 3 ( latency , reverse, hedge ) arbitrage trading is the same thing - checking faster feed and printing money ? like super fast trades?

I think I mislead you. I saw that MFF does not allow that and I was curious to see what this is. since I know what is hedge and arbitrage but not those terms together

-I understood. I think that you should inquire with MFF about what their interpretation of those things are. Because that is what matters the most. Because even if you find an explanation on Google, or by someone here, if MFF's interpretation of that differs, then you may find yourself in trouble later on, thinking that you were good-to-go.

No they are taking advantage of knowing the price move before it happens in different ways. So one is to just buy/sell to take advantage of it. one is to open two trades and use the close to exit and another is to have two accounts and buy on one and sell on other and use the close as the arbitrage opportunity.

all of them can work on any broker but all of it is rejected by lps and causes losses to a company.

I'm trying to get funding at Liberty Market Investment.

What I like about this firm is that it regularly holds contests.

Just testing a trading strategy on a demo account is pretty boring.
Taking part in a contest gives me the motivation to work on my trading strategy and improve my trading skills.
And also the trading platform allows you to see the trades of other contest participants.
Among contest participants there are guys who trade systematically and profitably.
It also motivates and prevents from getting completely disappointed in trading.

The next contest will start on October 18. I recommend you to take part in it.
(Entry fee is not required)

I presume we will have to subscribe to the Volfix platform which is not free. Correct?
All right, the platform may be very good and make all the difference in the opinion of its subscribers, I will not dispute that part. I am just inquiring.

For the duration of the contest, there is a window for opening trades "Orders Window" in the platform. It does not require a subscription.
But the full functionality of the trading platform is not available.
Also, no subscription is required when you go through the selection program.

If the posted information or links are backed up with 'proof' from reliable and searchable sources then it carries a lot more weight.

I may start posting via Post 1 who I believe to be offenders or dislike/hide such posts.

If your forum name gets posted with regards to these types of violations it means you need to cool it quickly before I start dropping the axe.

Same goes for the5ers.

Once you pass level 6. Your account balance is $62.9k (after 50% withdrawal) but you will be disqualified if you lose Maximum $51.2k.

You have to share 50% while you can keep 100% if you trade your own account.
