Absolutely. I have my personal account, PAs with Apex, picking up 5 at TakeProfit to start trading tomorrow. Made money with all of the forex props until they were shut down or went out of business.
I am simply stating that all of the negativity around Darwinex is unfounded......it is not the same as the casino, 80% payout, no real funds that we are speaking of. No news rules, no consistecncy bullshit, no trailing DD or any DD rule whatsoever, no need to take $2,500 in DD and try to make 3K in under 30 days.......just trade normally....if you are a YOLO gambler, it's not for you, if you NEED money tomorrow....it's not for you. Just as flipping an account in one trade is not for everyone.

Profits are calculated from the day of last withdrawal irrespective of earlier balance.

Why not picking topstep before takeprofittrader????? cheaper evals than them.....

aah is that the case.... So the date i applied for withdrawal or the date they got approved meaning deducted from the account??

If I didn't already have APEX, would have went TPT before them as well.....I hate the withdrawal "window" and then while pending can lose the profits, etc. The DCA really doesn't sit well with me either, if I trade 1 micro and wish to add 4 more say at 25 point increments....I can't....too risky, but if someone just goes in with 3 minis with no stop loss that's OK.......I suppose I'm just getting tired of the trying to dispose of profitable traders that all of these bullshit firms are guilty of.

Also also some minor downsides trailing drawdown and 80% profits.......

It is from the day you make request. Irrespective of approval or amount deducted. Your case it will be exception as you have history for the account...
In short consistency resets after a payout.

Won’t be an issue for you, but DLL violation will terminate account with Take Profit Trader. Not so with Topstep

Sorry I just don't have the energy anymore and honestly not sure what you're asking but the engine isn't making decisions based on profit/drawdown.

At the end of the day if you're risking $200-300 per trade you'll never have to think about or worry about the big bad complex risk engine.

With props the math is simple. If you go into a 13K drawdown like Nvak's wife, they pocket your $500 evaluation fee or take your funded account away. Very simple. And then you can pay to play the game again. (no disrepect to Navks wife, just using that as an example)

If you do the same with Darwinex, they reduce the risk to protect investor capital and to encourage traders to be more responsible with their risk management. It doesn't matter what your track record is. If an investor knows that you could blow 30-50% of their investment at any time then no one would be willing to invest. And then the long term model would be a moot point.

Two completely diiferent models.

You're comparing apples to oranges. And it's only complex for those too lazy to do basic research

I had questions too. Turns out if I don't trade like a degenerate maniac then I don't have to worry about the risk engine.

One tip for Darwinex is Instead of focusing on P&L and getting allocation one needs to keep Risk ratio to 1 and above during calibration or first 2 months.
If a trader is able to achieve that 80% of battle is over. One can easily do that if you treat 100K account as 10K account and trade 0.1 lot at max.
ONLY FOCUS ON RISK RATIO EVERY THING ELSE WILL BE MAGIC.
Another tidbit.

If you're scalping, intraday, or swing trading you can see on your personal Darwin page exactly where your D leverage is at in real time. Doesn't seem very complicated. Open trade, look at D leverage, make big boy decisions.

You mean on a 100 k account, max draw down should not go above 1 % ( or 1 k )

No I mean max lot size should be according to 10K account irrespective of drawdown. If one trades with 0.1 lot it is pretty damn hard to loose 1K even if you want to,...

Exactly. As most are aware, I am trading futures with Darwinex, so the signal account is one million, so it's 2,000-3,000 per trade. This is not nearly as difficult as some are making it out to be. Make 1-2% per month and it covers your monthly fee while you build the track record. At that point, if you continue to earn 1-2% and keep total profits 2.5x MAX dd and you should receive some significant investments. You've lost no money and if you're just pushing one more button then you currently do, one cannot truly argue the "time" issue.
No, this clearly cannot be your only stream of income in the first 1-2 years.

Yes, don't worry about the return. The larger the funding, the less the return needs to be. Focus on what will attract the investments.
