DislikedAnother thing is, that the prop firm as business company working with customers is also in duty to documentate all things also within a legal framework which is given from the country its laws. So in case they do so, the regulators have everything they need in black and white well documentated and sorted. In case the prop firm have not done proper documentation this again can be fined too. I do not think every prop firm has a compliance offer and all the other stuff to do all bookkeeping and documentation I guess. But in case they do so, they are...Ignored
DislikedAll the websites of the prop firms, all of them no exception even on FTMO, make only sense in their marketing purpose if that is true what they say. So as conclusion some significant amount of trades must be copied or A-booked by the prop firm to make their website content valid, or they are subject to a bigger fraud cause. All the rules they have in place only make sense when there is real money behind or at least some trades copied to the real market (but not that 99.9% of all trades are b-booked only). That would not certify any of their rules...Ignored
DislikedHi all. Are any of you here still happy with your current prop firms, I have been reading here for a long time, and now the comments are all over the place. I understand the shit going down, with the current situation MFF etc. Those of you that have prop accounts and been around this game for a while, is it worth the effort for those of us that must trade with care ( meaning It's not something I would pass in a few days a prop trial) to carry on in this prop industry.I would be happy with a few 50 k accounts, and happy to gain after passing trials...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm currently 400K with FTMO since last year, 200K TFF & working on 100K 5%ers.... I still have E8 & TFT accounts, but I would not take new challenges with either one. Only firms that can be trusted to payout 10-25% on max funding are FTMO & 5%ers.. I don't trust anyone else w/ >10K payouts... choose your nax account size with smaller props wisely... will they pay if you make 10%?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I think so too, that I read this in every T&C of any prop, that they reserve the right to terminate the contract to any time. So I got paid and then they terminated. It looks okay from their T&Cs, how could I complain on that ? (That they are in duty to give me my funded accounts for unlimited time & payout me unlimited times too?)Ignored
Disliked{quote} Is Matt and Dylan still resisting for a while more ? Being american I'm surprised that there are no news yet about missed payouts.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hey. I can’t access the link. I am no member of his group. I found a document describing the mentioned school run strategy. There’s also an „advanced“ version of it. I will try to have a look at both these strategies over the weekend. The breakout strategy using a fixed SL/TP generally would suit me because it looks to be as mechanical and clear in its rules as it gets. For sure a simple strategy, easy enough for me to execute and follow, doesn’t help if it’s not effective enough to achieve the results I am looking for. To all others trying...Ignored
DislikedWhich 13 prop firms are affected by this ? "Easton Consulting Technologies is the shadow company allegedly running more than 13 prop trading platforms, including Rocket 21. It is a limited liability company registered in Florida in 2021, and is run by Angelo Ciaramello as CEO (also a Co-Founder) and Carlos Rico-Ospina as a Managing partner. DislikedDid FTMO or 5ers ever do a discount on christmas? Never saw a one from them. I thought of buying a 100k account in november but if they do in that case might as well just wait and start it in january, no rush.Ignored
