OGT Trend Dashboard v1.2 [MT5 Indicator Release]

Hey Team,

With so many MT5 request - I'm please to report that I've created my first MT5 version of the suite of OGT Indicators.

The functionality and customisation is exactly the same as the MT4 version which I've also provided the download below for convenience.
