There is a divergence here as well but I don't pay attention to that anymore. Just extreme conditions + candlesticks are enough to catch a good reversal tbh {image}

imagine stairs/steps one by one making HH/HL - when it is divergence it will break its own steps and moving higher high in smaller time frame that how trend starts from m1, m5 and onwards.
important issues here are what price has done behind in past so it will start reacting here,
In a downtrend price will making downward stairs making LL and then reverse to make LH then second LL and LH (that is the price action) but at some point of divergence if it has to go in up trend it will start making stairs upwards from last LL to 1st HH and LH without breaking the downtrend LL meaning it respected last order block or LL or supply zone, and will further break first HH with 2nd HH, it means BOS happened and we will wait price to retrace back to form a HL so we can enter here.

I would of jumped in once the macd lines crossed each other. On the other indicator I see divergence so I take the divergence nearest the macd cross

It aint gonna work like this some times it does but u need to have more confirmations if u are only relying on this image lines.

How often we saw divergence vs convergence? {image}

Both of them move our charts if u only rely on them divergence gives u a reversal signal while convergence carries the trend but this thing is not perfectly accurate coz if a divergence has come in place and it is bullish one then a convergence can also change the trend to bearish one u just need to observe the chart with attention when u zoom out u will see that.

Since trend is friendly to follow i think more we can find is convergence to enter at pull back,
Knowing the fact that higher time frame starts from 1M first ... we have to be good at price action. Anyway My yocus is not more just 10pips and take partials.

Its not necessary convergence could be found at pull back u need to think different the formula is simple if it were that simple everyone would be doing it.
This way of entries is even mentioned in books no one is gonna give u trading secret for few dollars...

Its up to u what u find more comfortable but i would suggest u to use min tf is M5...

That move makes my 30 pip move look like nothing. I never got a cross back below it just kept going up. I just woke up from a nap and was like wow. How did you know it was possibly going up to that point. Was it the regular divergence that did it for you?

It is M15 gbpusd i have marked few divergences do u know why they didnt work.
I am just trying to say how can u think it could be that easy bro believe me my setup is on divergence they are never going to work the way u thinking

I have noted that regular divergence gives more false signals than hidden, that's why trend is your friend but a hidden divergence on htf is a divergence in ltf...
