The weekly inventories are historically of limited - very limited impact on this pairing. As with all data though if the actual #'s come in way off forecasts a swift market reaction can result across all related sectors.

When crude oil inventories down >> $ down>> EUR & GDP UP

look at the buyer at that support...lots of activity....triple bottom and break break to upside...the inventry news for USD gonna send cable up i think ..

also note trendline on dailly is holding for up..and also monthly channel formed back in 2001 is holding up..

i am more infavor of a breakout cause i think technically we have a bottom..last week gave a clue to where the bottom..but im open minded, downtrend is strong and im not sure anything changed, from ecomonical point of view downtrend should continue, its just a case of whetherr we gonna have a descent retrace b4 further down...

Next band of support then seen from $1.4015 with interest extending toward a reported barrier at $1.4000.
