{quote} Headland! Thank you very much! In D1 low draw-down is expected, but... this one add up as another hedge strategy (for me)! Just applied that idea, as to one of my hedging approaches... I never thought about that... This is Mega Simplicity! In a direct, non-filtered D1 signal? CRAZY! I never use non-filtered signals... just imagine. This is cent bt, so draw-down is like -$400 and the rest just shows how simple all is... This is absolutely the very first time, something profitable, pops out of this forum! {image}

Your arbitrage hedge strategy is incredible but will call for a lot of leverage usage.

Here's my take on the GBPUSD, from the technical perspective of a swing trader. Technically, the GBPUSD market still has a bullish tone. Price action on the daily time frame has broken out of a rising wedge (red) seen on the weekly time frame and it is presently within a rising channel (blue), indicating an increase in bullish momentum. However, recent candlestick prints have been mixed and this points to an increase in bearish pressure as price action gets near the next horizontal resistance around 1.37820 (magenta). Besides, the narrowness of the spiking channel makes it technically less reliable for sustained bullish momentum. We should await what price action does in the early part of this week, particularly how it handles the 1.37820 horizontal resistance area.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

If price has to push up, this Monthly SW zone will show more resistance for buyers

PA in asian session today could be tricky, probably london will reverse the direction, im expecting max 1.3710 on the north side and max 1.3585 on the south side, of course i expect price to reach to one of those zones during today’s asian session

I have analyzed COT on last 12 months. I choose only SMART MONEY position. I try this simple rule: - if SMART MONEY goes LONG, i see if HIGH NEXT WEEK was HIGHER than CLOSE CURRENT WEEK - if SMART MONEY goes SHORT, i see if LOW NEXT WEEK was LOWER than CLOSE CURRENT WEEK Results: 100% signals GOOD Average pips HIGH/LOW from PREVIOUS CLOSE: 145,6pips So this week on GBP we have a LONG SIGNAL, so HIGH NEXT WEEK will BE HIGHER than FRIDAY CLOSE (1.3680) {image}

A quick summary for the week and month end, I say 1.3740s is a crucial level, a base above might not mean holding on a strong resistance @1.3770s but might open the door to clear it on the way to 1.3850s and that will be very strong move on monthly.

On downside, around 1.3620 is a strong support then comes 100pips down 1.3520, any further fall and base below there this week might mean change of trend for next month/s

IMO, falling below 1.3390s is not in the cards and 1.3740-70s seem strong resistance zone

Play your cards right...
My technical analysis leading trades depend on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Chart
