i fully agree on this analysis....temporary ride up followed by continued dollar strength. I dont see too much movement in any direction this month though..note that the gap is not only weekly...its also on the monthly charts..something that I have rarely seen since starting forex (at least this big) which suggests this month may be just a consolidation in the form of a small bull volume or doji, weeding out the bad and good up till now (out with the bad president, in with the good???, end of a terrible year...start of a better one??? but for who???, recession getting better or worse???). there are so many questions to be answered, even the market makers need time to think it out in my opinion

IMHO - if pa breaks 1.2740 we will retest 1.2700 if it breaks 1.2770ish we are long into the 1.2890 area.
Did anyone see a gap in the wee morning of Asian session? However from my chart the bulls are running low on steam also did anyone see a H&S? on the 5min chart very narrow thin H&S.

That was my plan for today exactly. I hope it will hit the 1.30x are to position for the real hit down.
Psiholog, I use exactly the same indicator as you - perception of the market hope it works on the counter trend trade. Quite nervous right now. Maybe it's better to close and just wait to see where this retrace will get before the trend resumes

I am now hoping it is a good resistance area, the next Support is 1.2709, which I am expecting to break below as it was also one of my sell signals.

Closed my small long...lost a few pips. Woke up today, missed a chance to sell for profit, but seems heavy and I do not feel like riding out a potentially massive down leg. Frankly, looking around FX I feel lucky to get out without taking huge hit.

(clear indicator it will soar 100 pips now? )
