FOr me, two best point to pick short. One is at the support resistance there. If it doesn't hold, I will pick short at the monthly trendline there.

NOTE: The candle havent closed below the trendline in weekly chart for at least 3%, so I will not pick up a LOng term short on EU currently.

IMO, not before a thorough retest of previous lowest low (1.38815) and probably pivot too at 1.38653 and solid bounce from those. Besides 61.8 fib of yesterday's HIGH to LOW move is at 1.3922 so it could reverse down from there.
