Hello fellow traders,

Does anyone know if it is possible on MT4 to make the grid lines and the price levels to the right of the chart appear at whole numbers ex. (1.5000, 1.51000) instead of them always showing up as obscure levels? On my GBP/USD daily chart the grid lines are showing up at 1.51965, 1.53495 etc.

Thanks.

MB Trading should speed up responses to tickets. Aren't they considered the same as support emails? Sometimes it take 3 day min to get a response if not longer.

Nice thing about an ECN is that they don't play the desk games of sweeping the price back and forth to stop people in both directions. Turns out, when you get to the real market, FX is much more stable than you might think!

Hi Justin

If you don't mind, I might have missed somewhere in this thread, what is your position in MBT?

I am a newbie studying fx for the past 2-3 years and do demoing on a few MT4.

Can Singaporean and Malaysian allow to register and trade using MBT MT4?

I intend to trade 1 pip = USD1.00 but first to begin with 1 pip = USD0.10.
What should I set in MBT MT4 for both?

Thanks

fxpip8,

My position with MB Trading is Business Development, but consider me an all around guy as I've been with the company 6 years.

Yes we do accept accounts from Malaysia.

There is no distinction between our accounts, all accounts are;

.1 lot = 1000 currency units or 10 lots = 100k.

Justin,

Since logins of many people still don't work for MBT World, could you please give us some information here about this service? Whats the idea, what we get with it, is it completely free? I tried to login to news and TV services via MBT navigator/desktop but my login/pw were also not accepted, is it because of the same problem as MBT world, or do we need to register somewhere to get news and TV? Will it be free?

Thanks

DrainBamage,

They are working on the database issue for the accounts that are having trouble and as I said in a prior post, I think they hope to have it solved here before next week. Tech is tech though, and we have so many different types of customers in different asset classes, I won’t pretend to understand everything involved.

World is free to all. What you see in World will depend on your status with us. In other words, someone that just registered with us and took a Demo of our software will have access to certain features in World, such as some of the support forums, all of the educational webinars (formerly University), many of the custom widgets, and news. Someone that has a Live account with us will have access to more Forums, the ability to build a profile and share positions with either your friends or everyone if you wish, the ability to see which net direction customers are trading on a symbol, etc. You can comment together and form groups of friends, you’ll get more tools to work with, etc. Customers that are Lightwave customers will have access to every part of World. World is most integrated with Lightwave. You can create a custom strategy and then with one click, share the parameters of that strategy for other people to pick up and plug into their software. You can take a one-click snapshot of what the market and your charts looked like when you entered a trade and share it with friends or everyone. The idea is that people can work together as much as they want in any asset class. We’ll be doing a bigger announcement about it shortly and also webinars to walk you through it.

Justin,

Do you have the power to kick some butt in the accounts dept because I made a (3 actually) email request since last Monday to transfer funds from one account to the other, as of yet there hasn't been any action.

You sent me the details of this guy [email protected] and no answer from him/her so I've now sent over to the email you recently put up here [email protected], hopefully someone will respond.

I wasn't in a hurry to get the funds transfered, I'm trying to get prepared for a fresh week of live trading but looks like it's going to be messy and I've to wait for a few days more. But you have to admit it's already been 5 days counting this one which can be considered ridiculous, no?

And I'm making a response from outside US so do you have a different time policy for oversea's accounts? The reason I ask is that my US MBT buddies can get their funds transfered almost the next day.

You deserve this ear bashing and hopefully you can ear bash other's from your support too

If you got that information from an individual, might want to clear things up with him. If you got that information from someone at another firm, please give me the name of the company and person and I'll call them up and explain to them how their market works.

I quote you from another thread because you asked me who tell me that banks don't offer micro lots for trading in forex, I have received this e-mail from FXCM, you can speak with the FXCM representative of this forum about this:

Dear Client:
Over the years, FXCM has become known for the transparent No Dealing Desk execution we provide to our Standard account holders. When we first launched FXCM Micro, we planned to offer No Dealing Desk execution. However, the banks would not stream prices in micro lots. This was simply unheard of in the foreign exchange industry.
