Default settings are the one that comes with the EA.
Just drop the EA to a chart and change NOTHING. That is default settings
I do recommend s_GridFactor=4 for more conservative, 5 is normal, greater than 5 is aggressive.
Note that scalping is a very aggressive approach and bigger capital is needed.

Sorry, you are right!

In scalp.txt file include these:

s_MagicNumber=301
s_StartLotQty=0.01
s_WeightDirection=true
s_GridSizePips=0
s_GridSizeFactor=0
s_Allow_Hedge=true
s_OrderMultiplier=2.0

I did, please note Max Lot was implemented before and we discontinue it.
if you want me to implement max lot size, please provide me with details of what you want the EA to do after the max lot is reached.
Note this is a GRID trading system. Setting stop will make the EA to fail.
My recommendation: Do not trade this GRID live/real if you don't have the needed capital. (no less than 2 times contract size per lot using default parameter settings)

Hi Bauta,

Is it possible to add notification message when reach certain percentage/amount equity reached? so we can add more money if needed or something will help.

Basket of 8 USD pairs (AUDUSD,EURUSD,GBPUSD,USDCHF,USDCAD,USDJPY,NZDUSD,XAUUSD) is proving best for GridSizeFactor1 config, USD pairs have lower spreads and less chance of a runaway pair that goes in one direction too far, causing large drawdown.

Hello Bauta. This is my trade on Gbpusd Today. This is my want on expert. And alert us when opened 5 , 8 , 9 may be 10 step ( choisable)sell or buy on cycle. Regards..

I am evaluating to add a new parameter to filter the maximum lot. It will be maximunOrders instead of maximunLots.
setting the parameter by order help to accommodate the EA for different settings and different capitals.
This is how it will work:
First check if its value is greater than zero (default)
second, find the side with more orders/accumulation
finally, pause trading when the maximunOrders is reached, then the label on the chart will blink to alert the pause mode.

Thanks for new version dear Bauta. It will good for all .

The homework is this :

After paused ( my recommend is 7 trades) trade on any chart , I will remove ver36 and will attach ExpandingGrid on closure mode with same maqic . You know ExpandingGrid is running as Channel trade style.

I have 4 cycles closed with ExpandingGrid to now on this week.

Hello people, everyone's EA based on retracements (the one I use included) are suffering from this trending period in eur/usd. How are your's different EG versions handling it? Is there any version that comes out of DD.?

Dear Bauta. You was share us very good an expert. And you have add MaximumOrder feature. Very good.

Now , I think we need to only two things :

1- Can you add a sound alert on EG when reach chart to maximum orders or send an e-mail to our mails ? Because , I'm turning Symmetry to MChannel method manually for closure Cycle on trend direction .

2- Or can you make EG automatically turning from symmetry to mchannel when reach cycle to maximumorders ?

Please share your advices to us . Regards..

My eurusd buy cycle have closed with MChannel trade style . ( Transfered from symmetry to MChannel manually when I see maximum orders on it )

This year EurUsd has been ranging most of the time but please recall or keep in mind that in the past couple of years there have been times when EU moved close to 1000 pips in a few days so just be prepared.
