I have been trading for about 7 months now. I have always wanted to see if it was possible to double or quadruple my account with a sprint approach.

Here is my plan and I will update my journal everyday based on my results.

I plan to risk $70.00 on my first trade and target to make $35 or 50% of my risk.

Add the profit to my trade next day so I will risk $105 to make $52 or 50% of my risk.

Keep doing it every day till I make 20K or till I hit a loss. I will need to have 15 profitable days in a row to get to my profit target of 20K.

At any given point of time, I am only risking $70 of my own money, rest is money taken from the market.

I will be trading G/J only and one trade a day only.

Risk------------Profit
Day 1 $70------------ $35 --- Target Hit with Profit $43.00 - 26th Aug 09 -- Capital - $105
Day 2 $105------------ $53 --- Target Hit with Profit $71.00 - 27th Aug 09 -- Capital - $176
Day 3 --- No Trade Day ---
Day 4 $105------------ $53 --- Profit $ 59.00 31 Aug 09 -- Capital - $235
Day 5 --- No Trade Day ---
Day 6 $236------------ $118 --- Profit $ 144.00 2 Sept 09 -- Capital - $379
Day 7 --- No Trade Day ---
Day 8 $354------------ $177 -- Loss - Account Blown.

Jump Start Again - 07/09/09

Risk Return
Day 1 $ 100 ------------- $ 50
Day 1 $ 150 ------------- $ 75
Day 1 $ 225 ------------- $ 112
Day 1 $ 337 ------------- $ 168
Day 1 $ 506 ------------- $ 253
Day 1 $ 759 ------------- $ 379
Day 1 $ 1139 ------------- $ 569
Day 1 $ 1708 ------------- $ 854
Day 1 $ 2562 ------------- $ 1281
Day 1 $ 3844 ------------- $ 1922

Can you explain a bit about your trading strategy?

as would I, unless it's filled with a hundred indicators that are required to "agree" with each other.

So far so good, this is going to be a very interesting journal. And I like the fact that it is fast pace meaning its only 20 days.

If possible could you outline a little bit about your system or technique that you are using when you define your trade setup's. Since you only take one trade a day I am sure its probably a borderline discretionary system. What I mean by that is, you probably have your indicators but use them only to confirm your decisions based on your intuition or trading wisdom.

If time permits give the audience of people following your journal a little bit of information regarding your system or technique.

Thanks and good luck

Jeremy

Inspirational.

Published results of your trades'd make sense.
I'd be far more interested if you made it and then showed your approach.

Very best of luck with this and your right $70 to $20,000 in 14 trades would be just as impresive as 14 days

Good call Garfield. No need to be in a hurry, better to be careful.

There wasn't much rockin' price action with trending momentum today anyway.

So you kept your powder dry. Good call. September's coming. You'll have your day !!

Trade well.

Start of the weeek and it's bank holiday in London.
I won't trade today, don't want to get caught in a slow moving ranging market.

I was hesitating to trade, but the day opened with an explosion and the trade setup was there to take.

Played it safe due to bank holiday, last day of trade and being monday.

Did not risk entire amount and took multiple profit targets with small size trades.

unfortunately... due to family commitment I was unable to trade on Day 7.
There were couple of trade setups.

At least G/J has started moving up instead of just sideway movement.
