DislikedCould someone edit the infamous fractal indicator. What i would like is instead of 2 bars either side, it should require 4 bars either side, comprende? And if possible cancel the alerts, this indicator is nice, the shapes are better than the original fractal. See attached indicator to edit. Or edit original fractal which is bog standard with mt4. Thank you ! {file} {file}Ignored
DislikedUsing fractals @ pivot points, support and res. can help get a lot of pips. Unfortunately most of the systems I have seen programmed use a fractal "breakout" vs using the fractal as reversals which I believe to be leaving a lot to be desired. There is a common misconception the standard fractal indicator that comes with MT4 repaints. However what is misunderstood is that the fractal appears one bar back. Dislikedπ I read a post recently that got me read a whole lot more about fractals, here: http://www.onestepremoved.com/powerofpi/ I knew I would have to listen to the people who have been using it for years have to say so I came here. The previous posts seem to be focusing on Elliot Wave, based on the characteristics of the previous bars. This may just be a different interpretation of the same thing, though I felt it was worth posting. To sum up my understanding of that Pi post, trends will...Ignored
