@itmehedi: Stop trading for a couple of days until you lose your fear (instead of your money). Don't give a shit about the outcome of your trade after you opened it. Give a shit BEFORE you open it. That's the only way to go. Still no guarantee of success but at least you'll remain emotionally stable and make better decisions because of it.

1) go back to demo
2) at the beginning of the London session work out what would be the best trade setup based on current price - ie: either a short from above or a buy from below and identify the daily trend.
3) wait wait wait wait for setup level and then confirmation of reaction to level before trading.
4) if with trend trade let it run more, if not take it early either way use sensible stop and not hope or certainty thinking
5) take only those trades and no other and stop looking for them when London closes
6) be happy if the day ends without a trade, because you exposed no risk to the market when the conditions were not met = capital preservation

if you do this it will be safer for you, you cannot except to jump in with no experience and start trading in and out like a ninja and making assumptions about fundamental pressures that you don't yet understand.
