Rule #4: better BE+1 than a loss.
"Room to play" is an excuse to get hit by the freight train. If a trade goes against you, then OTHERS are playing with YOUR hard earned money.
"Room to play" is an excuse for hope that it doesn't get any worse (and it always does, LOL).
