28.08.2015 developer had to increase trial price from 1$ to 3$ due to high merchant costs.

Last week I started to test out this Forex EA named FxStabilizer. It has dev's what seems to be a fair test results since 1997 as you may find in the back test from the developer. Furthermore, it has good and stable growth since 2013 on live myfxbook account.

Quote from dev team: "robot very accurately calculates the best situation to open trades. It does everything to close trades in profit. Also the EA is equipped with mechanism of absolute trading security so that as a last resort the loss will be stopped at that part of deposit you’re ready to risk. However the practice shows that there weren’t such cases since 1997."

The EA has two modes:

  1. Durable mode: Low Risk, Highly Safe/Durable, Back tested on every tick 1997-2015. Live tested since 2013 with over 580% Gain.
  2. Turbo Mode: Highly Aggressive, more risk but potentially can generate much more profits in shorter term. Live tested since 2013 with almost 200% Gain.

I will include here some of the technical information for your review:

  1. Download full every tick based performance test report 1997.01.01 - 2015.05.15 (Zip File): [Here]
  2. View 1997-2015 brief performance report (without download the detailed report in zip): [Here]
  3. The performance review with myfxbook live test: [Here]

I bought this to try it, was very difficult to install as windows detected it as a virus and kept deleting it when I tried to download it. I did manage to get it installed and working eventually but moving the file during the download and renaming it before windows had a chance to scan it. But, after 2 weeks windows did a scan and removed it again. So I gave up, because the software can fail at any time, so I cannot rely on it.

I asked for my money back, as I was within the 30 day money back period. When I told the seller how it was detected as a virus and deleted by windows, this was the response:

Windows Defender does not detect FXS.dll as a virus, so it cannot delete the file

They refuse to recognise the issue, and they are completely ignoring what I am telling them, ignoring reality, and just say the opposite, and refuse the refund.

Next I tried to get the money refunded through Avangate, but they just say "It is up to the seller, we will not do anything", so Avangate too, are in on the scam, so beware of this EA, and beware of Avangate, you will not get your money back.

Next issue is, unlike Flex EA, where on the website you can login and change your account at anytime, this EA seller will change it for you once, but then after that charge $100 to switch the account. Which again, is a total joke.

There is really no need to buy this product instead of Flex EA.

Flex is cheaper, much more versatile, you can switch accounts, add accounts way cheaper, and of course best of all Flex actually works, Flex does not get detected as a virus and get deleted by windows!

I recommend to avoid fxStabilizer at all costs, it doesnt work, and they will not refund the money. The software is not worthy of any trust, the seller and their money back promise is not worthy of any trust, and the payment company Avangate is not worthy of any trust. So, do not risk your money or waste your time with these people, there are better and cheaper options out there.

I told the seller if he did not honor the refund promise I would leave the details of my issue in reviews like this. I gave them fair warning, asked for a refund many times, but they just ignore the problem and pretend it doesnt exist.

I have started a claim my credit card company to get the money refunded, and I am confident I will get the money back this way, but still, it is annoying as I have to write a letter with details and evidence.

Avoid the product, and the seller.

I can count besides me around 4 more people working with this vendor and very satisfied with it's support and the EA it self. Now technically - I did tested the product for my review, Yes I also encountered the "virus" issue I had as well on my end, it was due to the DLL encryption which found as an Virus, I simply white listed the file, never did any trouble during it's trading.

However, what you did describe about the refund request, sounds like unfriendly case if you were under 30 days refund period. I did contacted them my self about your case to see their response as well.

Yes, thanks for posting the pictures of the emails, which confirm exactly what I posted before, that the software gets detected as a virus, and gets deleted by windows defender, and that the vendor refuses to honour the 30 day money back guarantee.

I have now submitted my claim to my credit card company, hopefully they will refund me for this mess.

To anyone reading this and considering buying it, dont. You wont ever get your money back if anything goes wrong, and there are better products out there with better support for LESS money.

Dont trust their website promises about moneyback guarantees, they just ignore you and pretend like the problem doesnt exist. Do not trust the payment method Avangate, they are part of the scam also and they will ignore your requests for a refund.

Dont let greed tempt you into buying fxStabilizer, it isnt worth it, it may not even be able to install on your system, it was very difficult to install on windows (because it gets scanned during download and windows thinks its a virus and deletes it). It is an incomplete software, it is not reliable, and you should not give any of your money for this product to trade.

I went to sleep, and woke up to find that windows had detected it as a virus and removed it, so it is not reliable, you would have to monitor it all the time in case windows deletes it.

Also, its a martingale, so sooner or later it will wipe your account, but this is a separate matter. Martingale is best avoided.

Very bad experience from day 1 with this product, very bad customer service, nothing but liars and thieves, and not to be trusted one iota.
