to get the SR levels to your MT4, download the template and in your MT4 right click .. go to templates and load template and point that to the file you down loaded.! hope it helps if it does let me know so i keep posting

This how it is done, all you need is Open, High, Low & close numbers, it can be month, week, day or even hourly. The "fat fingers" use the GMT close numbers so as Pivot Farm so to make it easy i use the pivot farm's sheet from financialjuice.com ( it is freely available - but i pay for the full version ) it also gives us the TPO/Vol Value Area.

I am not trying to do some thing most experienced traders already know but just trying to help the "noobs" as we call in FF and also to help myself keeping a record for future as Cloggie always said. not sure if i can do this everyday but will try to post every day!
