This is not in right now, but you can build it yourself very easily:
1) Menu -> Tools -> Analysis Tools Editor
2) Select "Oscillator - Simple"
3) "Copy..." and type a name, e.g. "Oscillator - Simple High"
4) Double Click the newly created Indicator to open the Indicator Editor
5) Select the "Plots" Icon
6) Replace "Base1.Close" with "Base1.High" and check the H instead of the C checkbox
7) Close the Editor saving changes
Now you have a new indicator. Check other indicators code to learn more or go to Menu -> Help -> Analysis Tools
