most of us have been down the road of trying to figure out the direction of the current trend and when it has ended.....blah blah blah....
but i think spotting consolidation/ranging markets before it begins is just as if not more important. it is in these markets that my account starts shrinking...and we all know shrinkage is bad...eh?
so, any takers?
personally, i have never been able to spot a ranging market just as it begins...my solution to that was: 1. higher timeframes and, 2. don't trade eurusd...instead, i trade the yen crosses.
