{quote} Try with placing the SL on the last high (above/below Williams) after a signal shows up. What I mean is, when you get a signal look back at the last high/low when the Williams was above/below the -80/-20 line. Most likely those that hit SL would close as a loss anyway and in most cases the loss would be lower with a SL Give it a try if you can, interested in the result.

Hi Salimc

The results I post are still demo results, I have not funded my live accounts to the level I want, to trade this EA live. I am hoping to achieve this in the New Year.

Presently the EA is making just under 6% per month, that is a good return, I am happy with that.

Chris

That's nice to know.
So now you do you trade manually with your previous William % system ? In that case what is its monthly return?
Thanks
Salim

Hi Chris

Interesting system. Is the above results based on trading Gold M15 - Daily?

I know backtesting should be taken with a pinch of salt. However, have you backtested it over the last couple of years?

I think with time one can probably expect some parameter drift, would be interesting to do a parameter analysis in NT8 to see the range of profitable parameters for robustness

How often does that occur? What about a max SL additionally to the WPR exit?

Here is an Excel worksheet covering the P/L for each week starting from June 05 2019 (first 4 weeks are grouped together).

The graph shows the P/L for each week.

Thanks Lewis...

So this is showing ROIs for weekly culmulative and weekly ROI avg. and monthly ROI avg.

If this is correct then this is very encouraging.
