Improved quite a bit from 6 years when I start using. They are ok. I'm on the DMA, I don't know if they provide that over there. 2 Platforms for STP and the proreal time platform having heaps of functions. Also using 2 other brokers; just in case getting screwed with technical faults by one.
If It's just an office for service-oriented operation; enquires and account opening, my advice is not to open as all calls will be diverted to other countries and you might get some frustration.
